How it works

Add the job details and requirements, then preview exactly how the listing will look.

  2. Step 2: We review

We check that the job is an ophthalmic technician or assistant role and follows the listing policy, usually within 2 business days.

Questions

Will I get applicants?

We can't guarantee applicants. Ophthalmic Tech Jobs is a directory: people find your listing and apply on your own site, so results depend on the role, pay, location, and timing.

What do views and clicks mean?

A view is a visit to your job page. An apply click is when someone selects Apply on employer site and goes to your application page. Repeat visits from the same browser within 30 minutes count once. A click shows interest; it isn't a completed application, and we can't see what happens on your site.

Can I get a refund?

You pay only after we approve your listing, so a job we don't approve is never charged. Full refund if you ask within 3 days of your listing going live and the position hasn't been filled. If we remove a paid listing for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund it in full. No partial refunds for closing early. To ask for a refund, email hello@ophthalmictechjobs.com.

Which jobs can be posted?

Ophthalmic assistant, technician, scribe, surgical assisting, and imaging or diagnostic roles in ophthalmology. Optician, retail optical, optometrist, ophthalmologist, and general medical assistant jobs aren't listed unless the work is clearly ophthalmic technician work.

One of our jobs is already listed. Can we claim it?

Some listings are curated: we added them from an employer's public posting and link to the original. If one is yours, select Is this your listing? Claim it on the job page. We confirm that you represent the employer before handing it over.

How do I have a listing removed?

Email hello@ophthalmictechjobs.com, or use Report a problem on the job page. We review every removal request.
